It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John J. Cavanaugh of Mahanoy City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 20, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Sean; and his sister Maureen Schwank. He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Danielle of Mahanoy City and Keith (Angela); his grandson Tyler (Cheyenne) of Orlando, FL; and his sisters, Kathy (Joseph Evans) of Frackville and Karen (Bill Chilinskas) of Barnesville.
