He is survived by: his sons, Daniel (Jennifer Stevens), Jason (Jennifer Stevens) and Skyler Milheim (Dietra DeRose); his siblings, Marie Heiser and David Stevens; and his grandchildren, Joshua, Emily and Sarah. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
