He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Decker (Shiner) and Clem Decker; his wife Nancy Decker (Rajkowski); and his grandson Cody Decker. He is survived by: his children, Linda Decker of Cressona, Diane Decker of Northampton and Barry Decker of Mahanoy City; his siblings, Virginia (Robert Nahas) of Wayne, NJ. and Thomas Decker of New York City; his grandchildren, Chris Decker (Nicole) and Courtney (Joe Tamagini); and his great grandchild Sophia Decker.
