It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Al Moucheron of Mahanoy City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 19, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Moucheron (Chonko) and Albert Moucheron; his wife Joan Moucheron (Rajkowski); and his sister Carol Fernandez. He is survived by: his children, Cheri (Rick Southcott) of Downingtown, Thomas (Paula) and Robert (Cassie); his sister Joan Sisak (Julius) of Mahanoy City; his grandchildren, Allison (Darren Kline), Eric Moucheron (Christy Evancho), Nicole Southcott (Justin Alcala) and Ricky Southcott (Alli Hergenrother); and his great grandchildren, Cadence, Chason Kline and Harper Moucheron.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Louis D. Truskowsky Funeral Home & Crematory Inc. (300 W Centre St, Mahanoy City, PA 17948). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions be made to the American Cancer Society or the S.P.C.A. and will be accepted at the visitation.
