He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Magill and Margaret Magill (Dunn); his son John Magill; and his brother Larry Magill. He is survived by: his former wife Rosemary Magill of Mahaffey; his daughter Julie Hartman (Richard) of Grampian; and his siblings, Daniel Magill of Murphysboro, TN and Sharon Slack (William) of Clairmont.
