He was predeceased by: his former wives, Martha A. "Ann" Pembleton (Keller) and Dorothy Maurer-Pembleton; and his brothers, David, Willard and Darryl Pembleton.

He is survived by: his pet Sophie; his daughter Nancy Morgan; his husband Darl of Mahaffey; his granddaughter Shawna Ann Morgan; his great grandchild Abigail Rae Morgan; and his sisters, Ruth Wilde of Wilkes-Barre, Lula "Tiny" Mock, Irene Molecavage and Ramona Richards.
