He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Pierce and Helen Pierce (Yingling); his daughter Carol Ann Ross (Pierce); his son-in-law Ray Ross; his sister Mary E. Michael (Pierce); and his brother-in-law Thomas J. Michael.
He is survived by: his wife Florence L. Pierce (Faught); and his daughters, Norma (Ronald Stabley Northern) and Sally (Edward Westover LaJose). He is also survived by 3 nieces, 6 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
