He is survived by: his children, Kelly Ann Kiser-Wagner (Kurt) of Valencia, Robert Michael Kiser (Pam) of Leechburg, William Scott Kiser of Tarentum and Charles James Kiser of New Kensington; his grandchildren, Kauner Lee Wagner, Kim Ramirez (Kiser), Scott A. Kiser, Nicole M. Kiser and Jessica M. Kiser; and his brothers, William "Bill" Kiser of North Bessemer and Paul Kiser of North Bessemer. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
