It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rella Wood of Madison, Pennsylvania, born in Philipsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 3, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Bainey and Rella Bainey (Gunter); her husband Donald Wood; and her siblings, Clara Steel Herman, Aretta V. Fenton, Ruth Gearhart Wood, Charles Bainey, John Bainey, William Bainey and Alvin Bainey.
She is survived by: her son Donald R. Wood (Dorothy) of Macon, GA; her grandchildren, Rev. David Wood (Hope Wood) and Deborah Holt (Patrick Holt); and her great grandchildren, Micah Lewis Holt, Hannah Hope Wood, Sarah Rella Wood and Ruth Annette Holt.
