We are sad to announce that on July 23, 2023, at the age of 41, Justin Kuszaj of Madison, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Melvin Smith, Rita Maughan, Louis and Helen George; and his stepmother Denise Kuszaj.
He is survived by: his father Julian Kuszaj; his stepfather Rick Maughan; his grandparents, Genevieve Smith and Donald Maughn; his nephew Austin Gouker; and his great-nephew Dominic Kuszaj. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; and his greatest treasure.
