He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. Sasso and Helen Sasso (Chuma); and his siblings, John, Ralph, Joe, Genevieve and Franny Dougherty.
He is survived by: his pets, Rocky and Shine; his wife Susan Sasso (Embs) of Madison; his sons, Jimmy P. Sasso Jr. (Mindy) of Madison and Matthew Sasso (Netty) of Lincoln Heights; his grandchildren, Brandon Chase (Taylor), Kendra "Kindra" and Zack; his great grandchildren, Evelyn and Jaxtyn James; and his brother Eugene (Linda) of Greensburg. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes donations to be made in Jim's memory to St. Edward Church, 120 St. Edwards Lane, Herminie, PA 15637.
