He is survived by: his children, David Haines (Cathy) of Madison Twp, Kim Perna of Mt. Cobb and Dan Haines (Kathryn) of Madison Twp; and his grandchildren, Susanna, Abigail, David, Rachel, Adam, Noah Haines, Michael, Sarah, Hannah, Matt, Sam Perna, Eleanor, Bruce and Maggie Haines.
