He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn M. Martz and Ruth Faith Martz; his son Jason D. Martz; and his brothers, Carl Martz, Paul Martz and Larry Martz.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Derr Martz; his daughter Kathy Salisbury (James) of Madison; his granddaughters, Ashley Marsh (Casey), Newton and Katlyn Courtney (Cameron) of Ft. Worth, Tex.; and his great grandchildren, Kaylee Marsh, Ashlyn Marsh and Payton Courtney.
