He is survived by: his wife Esther Foley (Phillips); his daughter Tara Foley; his stepson Robert McPhillips (Michelle Maros); his siblings, Patricia, Mary Ann, Dennis, Kevin and Brian; and his grandchildren, Hailey and Greyson Winters.
