He was predeceased by: his parents, John Foley and Mary Foley (Ward). He is survived by: his wife Esther Foley (Phillips); his daughter Tara Foley; his stepson Robert McPhillips (Michelle Maros); his siblings, Patricia, Mary Ann, Dennis, Kevin and Brian; and his grandchildren, Hailey and Greyson Winters.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Brian Arthur Strauch Funeral Homes & Cremation Services (3 First Street, Spring Brook Township, PA 18444).
