He was predeceased by: his parents, John Howey and Margaret Howells Howey; and his brothers, Paul and Keith Howey. He is survived by: his sisters, Betty Labinski, Wilhelmina Zupancic and Margaret Fox; and his children, Erica Meade (Eddie), Kayla Howey, Bryan Howey, Megan Howey, Elizabeth Howey (Kyle Berbick), Kyle Howey and Brandon Howey. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, several nieces, and nephews.
