We are sad to announce that on April 30, 2023, at the age of 63, Donna Marie Smith of Madison Township, Pennsylvania, born in Scranton, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Curtis and Barbara Curtis (Phillips); and her stepson Thomas J. Smith. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Smith; her son Michael Smith (Melanie) of Madison Twp; her brother Herbert Curtis of Madison Twp; and her grandchildren, Thomas Smith of Ohio, Makayla Smith, Harper Smith, Catherine Smith, Bobbi Smith of Madison Twp and Kyra Miller of Covington Twp.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
