She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Hoffman and Francis Hoffman (Smith); and her sister Carol Dean. She is survived by: her husband Leonard L. Potts; her children, Walter Potts, Jr., Daniel Potts and Shawn Potts of Fl; her siblings, Arthur Hoffman, Bruce Hoffman, Mark Hoffman, Glen Hoffman, Dennis Hoffman, Gail Marty, Jacqueline Polk-Drayton, Janet Polk-Crawford and Marybeth Polk; and her grandchildren, Brendan Potts, Shawn Potts, Joshua Potts and Lucas Potts.
