We are sad to announce that on December 11, 2020, at the age of 47, Shawn Smith of Madera, Pennsylvania, born in Philipsburg, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Lonnie Sousa of Lake Wales, FL; and his grandparents, Donald, Patricia Smith of Madera, H. Richard and F. Ruth Nolan.
He is survived by: his daughter Shelby Jo Smith of Houtzdale; his parents, Garey Smith, Sr. (Kitti) of Madera and Nancy Carey (Mike) of Clayton, NY; his brothers, Garey Smith, Jr. (Lori) of Madera and Shane Smith of Asheville, NC; and also Madison Passmore.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, there will be no public viewing.
