She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henshaw and Helen Henshaw (Kowalcyk); her husband Preston J. Kephart; and her siblings, Metro, Michael, John Henshaw, Catherine Kowalski, Annette Galecky, Bess Timko, Evelyn Galchik and Mary Grazier.
She is survived by: her caregiver Angela Acey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
