Dorthea Smeal (Jackson); her children, Oliver "Pete" Flood (Nicole) of Madera, Tara Rebar (Lenny) of Grampian, James "Jim" Johnston (December Adams) of Glen Hope and Chasity Dullen (Ricky) of Madera; her grandchildren, Jordan Flood (Sebastian Mills), Ashley Flood, Emma, Abby Rebar, Tyler, Madilyn Johnston, Hunter and Zachary Dullen; her stepgrandchildren, Betsy McGarry (Chris) and Jamie Stephens (Travis); her great grandchildren, Sofia, Stormie Mills, Peyton Perks, Willow Stephens and Kaelan McGarry; and her siblings, Cheri Verbeck Philipsburg (Bob), Nancy Fetters of Glen Hope and Joseph Smeal (Michelle) of South Carolina.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Heart Association.
