He is survived by: his parents, Steven Ortman of Woodland and Ginger Urbanik (James) of Clearfield; his fiancée Victoria of Madera; his children, Alaina Ortman, Annaleigh Ortman, Aubriella McGarvey and Anthony McGarvey; his sister Alyssa Ortman; and his grandmothers, Barbara Smith and Mary Kay O'brien. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins; and a niece.
