He was predeceased by: his mother Anna Kephart (Hockenberry); his half-brothers, Donald Phillips and Asher Kephart, Jr.; and his nephew Shawn Kephart. He is survived by: his father Albert Kephart, Sr. of Madera; his daughters, Amber Sutton of Madera and Virginia Hillman of State College; his sisters, Tracy Kephart, Gloria Kephart and Sandra Kephart; his half-sister Dorene Kephart; his grandchildren, Jenna and Jimmy Sutton; and his nieces and nephews, Holly Eckenrode, Dustin Custard, Jack Bunnell and Glorianna Eckenrode.
