He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Maxwell Schwab and Laura Schwab Titman (Stoudt); his stepfather Frank Titman; and his daughter Lynn Michelle Schwab. He is survived by: his daughters, Dr. Lori Schwab of Bonita Springs, FL, Amy Schwab-Emert (Matt Emert) of Macungie, Friend and Bonnie Herb of Bethel, PA; his sisters, Donna Schiavone (late Frank) of Macungie, Linda (Dennis Moroz) of Glenn Arbor, MI and Kathy; and his stepbrother Jeff Titman of Slatington.
