She was predeceased by: her husband Franklin D. Kilby, Jr.; her father Jack Koffel; and her stepfather Donald Hacker. She is survived by: her mother Judith Hacker (Snyder) of Telford, PA; her stepmother Barbara Koffel of Minnesota; her siblings, Deborah Gaugler (David Martz), Barbara Steinhauser, Elizabeth Koffel (Alfonzo Sanchez), Douglas Koffel (Joyce) and Philip Koffel (Fouzia); her stepsiblings, Colleen Hacker and Chad Hacker (Joanne); her niece Kylie Cozart; her nephews, Chad Hacker, Jr. and Dereck Hacker; and her cousin Kimberly Lowmaster (Jeffrey).
In lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to either the Bethel Bible Fellowship Church or to the church's Groceries Plus (Food Bank).
