He was predeceased by: his wife Donna E. Minnix; and his parents, Warren Minnix and Pauline Minnix (Hammack). He is survived by: his sons, Douglas W. (Julie K. Minnix) of Macungie and Michael Todd (Yvette Minnix) of Tempe, AZ; and his grandchildren, Owen, Mason and Divo.
