He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W. Judd and Theresa Judd (Kozar). He is survived by: his wife H. Teresa "Taffy" Judd (DeSantis); his daughters, Cara M. Judd of Emmaus and Courtney A. Judd MD of Norfolk, VA; and his cousin Sergeja Kozar.
