He was predeceased by: his parents, Frieda Eickhoff and Leroy Eickhoff; and his former wife Joan Stepnoski of Cutchogue, NY. He is survived by: his wife Bernadette Fernan-Eickhoff; his children, Deborah Eickhoff (Susan Elliott) of Allentown, NJ and Stephen (Elisha) of Spring City, PA; and his siblings, Gerri Gardiner (Wilfred) of Summit Hill, PA, Leslie Eickhoff, Alva Schoch and Lynne Christopher. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
