He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Simon and Jennie Simon (Kuder); his sister Lillian Erdman; his brothers-in-law, Jim Mohl, John Mondschein and Stanley Erdman; and his grandson Stephen.
He is survived by: his wife Christine Simon (Hess) of Macungie; his sons, Jeffrey Simon of Alburtis and Barry Simon (Kim); his grandchildren, A. J. and Bristol; and his sisters, Helen Mohl and Marie Mondschein. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
