She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Jurchenko (Soroka) and Joseph Jurchenko; her siblings, Rose Petney and Emil Jurchenko; her niece Roberta Richards; and her nephews, Richard and Ronald Jurchenko.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Maksymiak; and her daughter Josephine. She is also survived by Nieces and a Nephew.
