With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joanna Altamare of Macungie, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 30, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Joanna's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Joanna's journey be filled with peace and serenity, as her find rest in the embrace of eternity.
She was predeceased by: her husbands, George "Red" Walters and Norman Altamare; and her son John Walters. She is survived by: her children, Jim "Buck" Walters (Joyce) of Hopwood, PA, Gloria Brashear (Jim) of Macungie, PA, Judy McClain (Larry) of Birmingham, AL and Pat Goettel (Jeff) of Monongahela, PA.. She is also survived by 14 Grandchildren, 22 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Granddaughter.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc. (603 N Gallatin Ave Ext, Uniontown, PA 15401).
