Gloria J. Scharer Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gloria J. Scharer of Macungie, Pennsylvania, born in Macon, Georgia, who passed away on October 10, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald Scharer; her daughter Amy; her granddaughter Karlyn; and her parents, Cazmir Pogorzelski and Opel Pogorzelski.
She is survived by: her sons, Kevin and Karl (Shelley); and her grandchildren, Alex, Austin, Abigayle, Raleigh, Reid, Kylie Alex and Tyler.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Thomas More Catholic Church (1040 Flexer Ave, Allentown, PA 18103). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, October 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
