He was predeceased by: his parents, Dallas M. Ruch and Miriam A. Ruch (Heckman); and his siblings, Earl, Richard and Louise A. Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine K. Ruch (Riedy); his son Brian of Macungie; and his sisters, Lorraine Miller of Kutztown and Anna Ruch of Phoenixville.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trexler Funeral Home (1625 Highland St, Allentown, PA 18102). A memorial service was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
