She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Pfenninger; her parents, Elden Young and Ruth Young (Egolf); her siblings, Marian Cornell, William Young, Dorothy Ramsbottom, Betty Kresko and John Young; and her daughter-in-law Wendy Pfenninger.

She is survived by: her children, Edward Pfenninger of Macungie, James Pfenninger (Jeff) of Los Angeles, CA and Beverly Pugsley (Scott) of Upland, IN; and her sister Joanne Houser of Dilltown, PA. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
