He is survived by: his mother Anastasia Balik (LaRizzio) of Albrightsville; his wife Jillian Balik (Nole); his children, Michael Moyzan of Emmaus, Marley and Danica Balik of Macungie; his parents-in-law, Michael and Marion Nole of Emmaus; and his siblings-in-law, Susan, Jason Shutt of Quakertown, Cetronia, Alyssa and Jerrod Foley of Macungie. He is also survived by aunts, several nieces and nephews, and cousins.
