She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Ealy and Gladys Ealy (Wolford); and her siblings, Oscar Ealy, Paul Ealy, Charles Ealy, Cork Boyle and Paula Ealy.

She is survived by: her children, Melvin Seybert, Ricky Seybert of Saxonburg, PA, Ken, Boe Seybert of Hilliards, PA, Robin Trinko of Butler, PA, Tammy Pisor of Hilliards, PA and Debra Clark of Butler, PA; her stepgranddaughter Eileen Seybert; and her brothers, Ronnie Ealy of Butler, PA and Merle Ealy of Butler, PA.. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren.
