Smeltzer Jr. of Lykens, Pennsylvania, born in Wiconisco, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 20, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sr. Smeltzer and Ellen Parson Smeltzer. He is survived by: his children, Debra Henninger (Travis Bixler), Dawn Wenrich, Heather Updegrove (Jeff) and William Smeltzer III (Amy); his grandchildren, Mark, Alexsis, Matthew, Krista, Devon, Kyra, Dylan, Zachary and Mackenzie; and his sisters, Laura Lesher (John) and Mary Ellen Witmer (Roger). He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
