He was predeceased by: his parents, John Schnieder and Evelyn Wiest Schnieder; and his brothers, James Schnieder and John Schnieder. He is survived by: his spouse Rose A. Matter Schnieder; his children, Jeff Schnieder and Kim Painter (David) of New Jersey; his stepsons, Kirk Peterson (Yuka), Japan, Drew Peterson (Kristi) and Lykens; and his sister Patricia Schnieder.

Memorial donations in Tom's name should be made to the Calvary United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 320, Wiconisco, PA 17097.
