He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Worhacz and Romaine Williard Worhacz; and his sister Jean Worhacz-Dietrich. He is survived by: his sons, Steve Worhacz and Mason Worhacz; and his sisters, Beverly Zurat (Joe), Jane Schwak (Rick) and Sandy Shadle. He is also survived by three grandchildren; three great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
