He was predeceased by: his parents, James Gaffney and Clara Breit Gaffney; his daughter Dawn Gaffney; and his sister Joyce Houtz. He is survived by: his wife Betty Thomas Gaffney; his son Patrick Gaffney, Jr.; his brother James Gaffney (Bonnie); his grandchildren, Krystal, Kyle Gaffney, Ronnie and Ravyn Kocher; and his great grandchildren, Sincere, Jayceon, Desmond Gaffney and Addison Kocher.
