It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Pauline Hess (Lykens, Pennsylvania), born in Leck Kill, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 23, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jonathan Lloyd and Katie Reitz (Snyder); her husband Ivan Allen Hess, Sr.; her sons, Ivan Hess, Jr. and Dale Hess; her grandson Jeffrey Faust; and her sisters, Arlene Buffington, Dorothy Hoffner and Lilian Kissinger.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Faust (John), Lynn Hess (Debbie), Debbie MacInnes (Myles) of Oxford, NC and Carolyn Engle (Edward); her grandchildren, John Faust (Lori), Angela Klinger, Brian Faust (Jennifer), Megan Hess, Allison Miller (Marcus), Lesley Askew (Chris), Chrissy MacInnes and Edward Jr. Engle (Mollie); her great grandchildren, Adam Faust (Laura), Nathan Faust (Katelyn), Abby Faust, Tanner Klinger, Brooke Klinger, Hayleigh Klinger, Jerren Klinger, Anthony Faust, Nicholas Faust, Jacob Faust, Katie Faust, Maddie Faust, Maya Faust, Marley Faust, Leon Faust, Macklin Miller, Averi Miller, Ian Askew, Eddie Engle and Erick Engle; and her great great grandchildren, Ezekiel Faust and Elias Faust.
