He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore "Frank" and Mary Boburka Tiazkun; his former wife Elizabeth Stakem Tiazkun; his wife Betty Sigel Tiazkun; and his siblings, Mary Golinski, Fannie Sass, Frank, Charles, Elias and John Tiazkun.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Tiazkun (Connie) and Patti Welsh (Joe); his grandchildren, Kathleen Welsh, Beth Ann Reeser, Richard Welsh, Abigail Balchune and Michael Welsh; and his siblings, Hope Goffredo of Toms River, NJ and Walter Tiazkun. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
