He was predeceased by: his son Andrew C. Smith. He is survived by: his parents, Douglas W. Smith, Sr. (Lisa) of Watsontown and Denise K. Musser (Bridge) of Watsontown; his wife Gigi M. Smith of Bloomsburg; his children, Candie M. Musser of Williamsport, Ashley J. Price (Matthew) of Millville, Evelyn C. Smith of Bloomsburg, Katelyn R. Smith of Bloomsburg, Cayden D. Smith of Bloomsburg and Jeremiah Q. Smith of Bloomsburg; his siblings, Raymond Musser, IV (Wendie) of Mt. Carmel, Devin M. Sloan of Northumberland, Craig Smith of Watsontown and Nicole Smith of Watsontown; and his aunt Cassandra Brown of Watsontown. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
