He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Reino Kukosky; his children, Thomas Kukosky (Gail), Christopher Kukosky, Stephanie Hill, Bryan Best, Matthew Kukosky (Heather), Lehman and Nicholas Kukosky (Melissa); his grandchildren, Jared Kukosky (Tianna), Dallas, Tyler Kukosky (Erin), Brynn Kukosky, Hunter, Caleb Hill, Iva, Cora Kukosky and Lehman; his children, Aiden, Mason and Addison Kukosky; his great grandchild Tate Kukosky; his stepdaughters, Karen Kowalski (Mike) and Susan Delzeit; his stepgrandchildren, Michael Kowalski and Sarah Delzeit; and his brothers, Anthony Kukosky, Richard Kukosky of Vineland, NJ, David Kukosky and Joseph Kukosky. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
