He is survived by: his close friends, Harley, Doodle and Baya; his nephew Constantine; his daughters, Katelynn and Samantha; his close friend Lindsay; and his parents, William Falletta and Jo Ann Falletta of Luzerne. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
