We are sad to announce that on November 17, 2024, at the age of 86, Mayor James Keller of Luzerne, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mayor James Keller to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Russell Keller and Thelma Hill Keller; his children, James Russell (Rhonda) of Shavertown and Corinne; and his siblings, Russell, John, Anna-Bell, William and Thelma.

He is survived by: his wife Shirley Keller (Moser); his son Scott (Linda) of Breinigsville; his grandsons, Jordan and Mitchell; and his sister Nancy.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in James' memory to Shriners Hospital for Children, 3551 North Broad St., Philadelphia Pa. 19140, or the Luzerne United Methodist church.
