She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Phillips of Dallas; and her daughter Christine Martino. She is survived by: her husband John "Jack" Stackalis of Luzerne; her children, Susan Wylam of Carbondale and Jack Stackalis (Michaeline); her grandchildren, Evan Wylam (Vicky) of Malvern, PA, Kylie Sheets (Jason) of California and Colin Stackalis of Arizona; and her great grandchild Jane of California.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Yeosock Funeral Home (40 S Main St, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18705). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
