She is survived by: her sister Jocelyn Hook (Jerry); her niece Dr. Jonelle Hook Lushefski (Robert Jr.); her great-nephew Rocky of Waynesboro; her great-niece Alana of Waynesboro; her nephew Joshua Hook (Brittany); her great-nephew Tyler of Macungie; her great-niece Gwendolyn of Macungie; and her cousins, Joseph Skibitsky Jr., Gregory Skibitsky, Judy Skibitsky Tanner and George Adams.
