He is survived by: his wife Gail (Sapienza); his children, Keri Sapp (Kevin) and John V (Heather); his grandchildren, JT VI (Lizann), Connor, Avery and Anna; his siblings, Mary Lou (Oliver), Eileen (Wilt), Sally Myers (Kenny), Judy Miller (Bill), Paul (Kathy), Marty Weaver (Dougie) and Swedish; and his son Magnus Mollerstrom. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
