He is survived by: his wife Rose Mary; his children, Rosemary L. Puterbaugh, John E. Puterbaugh (Sandy) and Wesley M. Puterbaugh; his grandchildren, Dylan, Cody, Kyle, Kady and Mackenzie Puterbaugh; and his niece Lisa Chaney Richards (Ron).
