He was predeceased by: his parents, James P. O'Gorman Jr. and Helen Dauksis O'Gorman; and his brothers, Frank and George. He is survived by: his wife Maryann O'Gorman; his son James P. O'Gorman IV (Heather); and his niece Donna Piekanski. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Allied Services, 100 Abington Executive Park, Clarks Summit, PA 18411 or to the American Lung Association.
